In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ ‘our’ means Campus Guardian Angel We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your Personal Information.

By providing Personal Information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may inform you of any change to our Privacy Policy from time to time as prescribed under the applicable laws. — Applicable Data Protection Laws mean and include the privacy laws applicable to you and us including but not limited to CCPA, EU GDPR, TDPSA, UK GDPR.
— Anonymized/Anonymous/de-identified information mean the same as ascribed in Applicable Data Protection Laws.

2. What Personal Information do we collect?

Our Site and Service is hosted at Webflow. Currently the information we obtain through the Services will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our servers in the Webflow. (If you visit from the European Union, UK or other regions outside the US, your information may be transferred and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction).

15. Personal Data of children and minors

15.1

We do not knowingly solicit data from children or knowingly market to children. We do not knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, we encourage the child’s parent or guardian to contact us to request that we remove the personal information from our systems. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the required and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is reasonably practical.

In case where the Personal Information relates to a child who is below the age of 16 years then such processing of Personal Information shall be lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child. We shall secure parental consent in circumstances where Personal Data of children below the age of 16 years is shared.
