JONESBORO, AR – Campus Guardian Angel, developer of the nation's first active shooter suppression service, and Proventus, a veteran-owned security training and crisis preparedness company founded by former U.S. Navy special operations veterans, today announced a strategic partnership that combines innovative, non-lethal, human-piloted drone response technology with advanced scenario-based training and operational readiness to help organizations respond to violent threats within seconds.

The partnership brings together Campus Guardian Angel's autonomous, non-lethal drone-based response capability with Proventus' comprehensive training programs and the ARROW Center's immersive preparedness infrastructure. Together, the organizations will help school districts, law enforcement agencies, healthcare systems, manufacturers, and other critical infrastructure organizations strengthen emergency preparedness and accelerate response during critical incidents.

The collaboration will focus on expanding relationships with school districts and law enforcement agencies while extending Campus Guardian Angel's life-saving capabilities beyond K-12 and higher education into healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries facing today's evolving security challenges.

Proventus operates the ARROW Center, a 25,000-square-foot training, preparedness, and operational readiness facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, purpose-built for FEMA-aligned disaster preparedness, drone and Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) certification, virtual reality crisis training, and full-scale emergency response exercises alongside law enforcement.

Through this partnership, the ARROW Center will serve as the national demonstration, validation, and training hub for Campus Guardian Angel, where school districts, law enforcement agencies, healthcare organizations, and other critical infrastructure leaders can evaluate the technology, train with it, and integrate it into their emergency response planning.

Seconds save lives. During an active shooter incident, the greatest loss of life often occurs before traditional response resources arrive. Campus Guardian Angel's non-lethal drone response capability is engineered to launch within seconds, identify the threat, and support rapid intervention—helping protect lives until law enforcement secures the scene.

On Thursday, July 16th, Campus Guardian Angel and Proventus will host a live public demonstration of the drone-based response system at the ARROW Center, showcasing the technology's capabilities and introducing the facility's new role as the partnership's national training and demonstration center. Members of the media are invited to attend, with event details included in the advisory below.

"We got into this business to protect kids, and Proventus shares that mission," said Justin Marston, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, and Bill King, Chief Tactical Officer and Co-Founder of Campus Guardian Angel. "This partnership will help us expand our reach to protecting campuses across sectors and industries, and ultimately eradicating mass shootings by putting a proactive solution in place to save lives in the precious first seconds that matter most."

"Preparedness alone is no longer enough. Organizations need the ability to respond immediately when lives are at risk," said Mike Stern, Chief Executive Officer of Proventus and former U.S. Navy combat pilot and Desert Storm veteran. "By combining Proventus' training expertise with Campus Guardian Angel's technology, we're helping schools and organizations close the critical gap between the start of an attack and the arrival of law enforcement."
